To participate in this activity you must take into account the following:

OBRIGATORIO:

  • Saber nadar e uso da máscara en todo momento da realización da actividade. No caso de menores de idade, autorización dos tutores legais.

ACONSELLABLE:

  • Roupa de abrigo e de auga (aínda que non chova); calzado impermeable e que non esbare
  • Gorra, gafas de sol, protección solar
  • Auga
  • Pastillas para o mareo (de ser o caso, ou se é a primeira vez que se sae a navegar)
